Purchase of Digital Products, Online Courses and Coachings

Between the Buyer and Seller, The Light Pier Sabine Kilper

 1 The Purchase of Digital Products (Online Courses and Coachings)

For the sale of online courses and private coaching sessions that are ordered via internet, I reserve the right to use the service provider elopage GmbH, located Kurfürstendamm 182, 10707 Berlin/Germany that has following functions:

a. According to § 2 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), they offer the sales platform ‘elopage’ on which the seller, The Light Pier, can offer goods and services of all kinds provided that offers, acquisitions or publication do not, in any way, violate legal provisions and/or their terms and conditions.

b. The elopage GmbH, as the operator of ‘elopage’ is not liable for the business connections and resulting claims arising from elopage.

c. As a service provider, elopage advertises the sales offers made by The Light Pier and makes them available to users and third parties so that offers can be advertised and promoted on other websites, social media applications, software applications and other channels.

The Light Pier remains liable for the contents of the product acquired, the brand and the performance of personal coaching sessions including support, consultations and arrangement of the private remote sessions booked via ‘elopage’ or by any other means of delivering the product.

• 2 Delivery of Online Courses and Personal Coaching (Private 4-Eye Coaching Sessions)

After payment has been affected, the buyer of the product will be supplied with log in details for the ‘elopage’ digital platform respectively receive all documents and contact details necessary to meet contractual demands as per the product description delivered upon ordering. If a date has been agreed between The Light Pier and the buyer for a private session of 60-minutes remote coaching, it is possible to withdraw or postpone the session on short notice without cost the first time a session was fixed. If the buyer withdraws and asks to postpone the session a second time and gives notice later than 48 hours before the due date, the buyer will be a charged Euro 60,00 for the postponed session to be fixed and the delivery will be handled as a new order. All private coaching session will be performed by Sabine Kilper.

• 3 Discretion

Any personal data and/or private exchanges between the buyer and seller by email or remote contact in a personal coaching session is subject to confidentiality within the scope of the support, consultancy and private communication addressed.

• 4 Disclaimer

The digital products and personal coaching sessions acquired via elopage or by other means are no therapies! With the purchase of the product the buyer confirms being capable and fit at any time to undergo a thorough mental examination as offered in the self-study online course or a personal coaching session. The buyer is to take over any risk and responsibility for the consumption of the acquired service whatsoever, transfer to third parties is not allowed. The use is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and does not constitute a recommendation to refrain from or terminate such treatment. Even if it seems that there is an improvement in mental wellbeing through participation or use, this is not to be taken as an indication that medical treatment is unnecessary. The Light Pier, Sabine Kilper is not liable for any consequences directly or indirectly resulting from the buyer performing a course or coaching session. These consequences include but are not limited to any deterioration or changes to the life situation or the state of health of any nature that the consumer of the private session or performance of the online course encounters or appears to encounter.

• 5 Right to Revoke

Within 14 days after purchase date, the Buyer may revoke this agreement by sending an email to sabine@light-pier.com, payment will be returned. The Buyers’ right to revocation of consent to the processing of data is outlined under www.light-pier.com/privacy-policy/ .
